Returer och byte av storlek

RETUR:

Fyll i returformuläret som följer med i din order. – Du har 14 dagars returrätt/ångerrätt inom Sverige från att du mottagit din order. Produkten måste vara oanvänd med etiketten kvar på produkten. När vi tagit emot din returorder tar det upp till  14 dagar att få tillbaka pengarna från att vi mottagit den.

Fyll i orsak och klistra på returetiketten på paketet, återanvänd gärna originalpåsen för att minska miljöpåverkan. Packa varan i samma skick som du fick den och du som konsument har vårdplikt för din beställning. Det tillkommer en returavgift på 49kr som dras av från din orderkostnad/faktura (gäller ej byte av storlek).

Om din order är försvunnen med posten eller fått fraktskada. Kontakta oss på info@dropofmindfulness.com med ditt ordernummer och bifoga en bild med en förklaring vad som hänt så kommer vi hjälpa dig. Vi kommer då skicka ut en ny fraktsedel för en eventuell retur och ersättning med en ny produkt.

Tvättråd och storleksguide

TVÄTTRÅD

  • Tvätta enligt tvättrådets instruktion.
  • Var noga med att inte blanda plagg med olika tvättinstruktioner, tvätta svart, färgat och vitt separat.
  • Vänd plagg med avigsidan ut innan tvätt.
  • Tvätta med det gradantal som är angivet i tvättrådet eller lägre, det gradantal som är angivet är den högsta tillåtna temperaturen. Om du är osäker, tvätta alltid på en lägre temperatur.
  • Använd inte sköljmedel.
  • Plagg med dragkedja eller knapp bör aldrig lämnas i blött tillstånd. Var alltid noga med att stänga dragkedjor och knappar innan tvätt.
  • Torktumla inte plagg om det inte står i tvättrådet att det är tillåtet.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND TRANSFERS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU/EEEA
In our capacity as Personal Data Controller, we may assign the processing specified above to a partner or supplier. Such processing will not be done for other purposes than what is described above. Some partners and suppliers may have parts of their businesses in countries outside of the EU/EEA (so-called Third Countries).
